Order by 3pm for Express Courier Delivery  Some of the items we sell are a bit too bulky to fit on our delivery vans so we offer our customers Next Day Delivery via courier. Deliveries are made from 8am - 8pm Monday to Saturday and 9am - 5pm on Sundays. Your delivery slot will only be confirmed once your order has been placed.

The interior of the potting store includes 12mm shiplap cladding, tongue and groove floor and solid board roof. The potting benches included and the potting store has a pad bolt (padlock not included).

Delivery and returns

Delivered direct from Rowlinson to mainland UK postcodes, including Isle of Wight but excluding Northern Ireland and offshore islands:
- Delivery is free for orders over £59.
- Deliveries will be made within 3-4 working weeks between 7am-7.30pm, Mon-Fri.
- You will receive 1 text message and 3 phone calls:
1. Order acknowledgement & tracking information by text, usually within 1 working day of you placing your order.
2. A courtesy call from the parcel carrier within 2 working days of the order being received.
3. A call from the parcel carrier to offer a morning or afternoon time slot for delivery.
4. A call from the parcel carrier 1-2 hours before delivery to confirm ETA.
In the event of our carrier failing to deliver, or delivering damaged goods, you will be contacted within 24 hours to rearrange delivery.
Because the delivery is heavy/bulky, the carrier is only required to deliver "kerbside", i.e. to the entrance to your property.
